Lake Monticello is the 3rd Lake in this tri Lake area. It is noted for the early spawn of bass since it is a power plant lake.

In January of 2007, Peggy Mize purchased Cypress Springs Realty and RE/MAX Lake Country. We are located about 2 miles north of Lake Cypress Springs on FM 115 in Cypress Village.
AT RE/MAX Lake Country, it is the desire of each and every agent to provide our clients with Real Estate services at the Maximum level. We are available 7 days a week to show properties available on Lake Cypress Springs and Bob Sandlin. We are also available by cell to answer any questions or to make an appointment for times that do not coincide with our office hours. Our office hours are 8 to 5, Monday through Friday, Saturday 9 to 4 and Sunday 1 to 4.
